The Hot Club of Hobart, led by the Gypsy Jazz enthusiast, violinist Charlie McCarthy, has been delighting audiences with their weekly gypsy jazz jam sessions in South Hobart since 2016. Now in its eighth year, this vibrant musical gathering continues to swing with the same energy and passion as it did from the start. These sessions bring together musicians of all skill levels, ages, and backgrounds, creating a dynamic and inclusive musical community. Whether you're an experienced player or love to listen, the Hot Club of Hobart's gypsy jazz jams offer an engaging and fun experience for everyone. Please note: The musicians will perform acoustically, with the first set commencing after doors open until the Main Act of the evening commences its performance at 7.30 pm. Their second set will commence during the Main Act’s performance break from 8.30 to 9.00 pm.
